Chevy Volt - Electric Vehicle Safety TrainingThe National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and General Motors have teamed up to deliver this modular web-based training to explain the systems and hazards found on the new 2011 Chevy Volt, electric passenger vehicle. This highly interactive training tests your knowledge as you progress with concept reviews and a final scenario. Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium (RDPC)The RDPC site provides online training that is aimed at preparing the emergency responder for domestic terroristic threats. There are courses for fie department, EMS, law enforcement, school administration and workplace supervisory personnel. TransCAERTransCAER is currently providing a series of videos on this site which on the hazards, properties and shipment methods utilized for anhydrous ammonia. Anhydrous ammonia is a significant risk to responders and the public when an accidental release occurs due to its severe respiratory hazard.
