Blair County Salary Board
The Blair County Salary Board is made up of the 3 commissioners, the controller and when an item falls under another elected official or the Public Defender, that individual is also a member for those items. The Board is tasked with setting salaries for all positions within county government. While they are recorded for the minutes, salaries for union employees are negotiated through collective bargaining.
