Overview

This document is a Zoning Appeal Application for the City of Altoona, Pennsylvania. It serves as the official form to request action before the City of Altoona Zoning Hearing Board. Submission Requirements

  • Applicant Information: Name, address, phone, and email (if different from the owner).
  • Design Professional Information: Name, address, phone, and email (if applicable).
  • Office Use Only: This section is for internal city use to record fees, previous appeal history, and specific zoning ordinance sections relied upon.

The "Office Use Only" section lists the following fee categories, each assessed at $500. 00:

  • Variance
  • Special Exception
  • Appeal Determination
  • Appeal Violation Notice
