Engineer Reports & Approvals

The Engineer will present monthly reports and seek approval for several agreements:

• Phosphorous Credits: Approval to ratify agreements with the Clearfield Municipal Authority, Altoona Water Authority, and Chambersburg Borough to purchase phosphorous credits.
• Utility Relocation: Approval of a reimbursement agreement with PennDOT for sewer relocation at Blair Gap Run.
• Easement Agreement: Approval of an easement agreement with New Pig Corporation regarding a relocated sanitary sewer at Blair Run Gap.

Solicitor Updates

The Solicitor will address regulatory matters, including:

• The Water Meter Ordinance from April 12, 1993.
• Rules and regulations for the Hollidaysburg Borough Authority.
• Sewer regulations for the Altoona Water Authority.

Plant Manager Report

• The Plant Manager will present the monthly Water and Sewer reports.
