Meeting Overview

- Visitors: A reporter from the Altoona Mirror was in attendance.
- Solicitor: Reported that there is nothing currently to report.

- Engineer: Submitted the monthly report.
- Plant Manager: Submitted the monthly Water/Sewer reports.

- Rate Increases: A signed resolution regarding rate increases was processed.
Customer Notices & Reminders
- Arthur Park: Located at 1008 4th Ave. Dave Smith is standing in for the customer representative.
- Arnold Becker: Located at 215 Leighty Lane.
- Reminder: Matt Conlin noted that the PA Municipal Investment Plan will be available for the February meeting.
Treasurer’s Report
The following System Management Fees were reported:
- Sewer: $50,500. 00
- Water: $32,000. 00
