Visuals & Sketches (Center/Right)

  • Residential Sketch: A large blank grid for drawing the floor plan or layout of the residence.
  • Images: A section to attach photos and record image IDs.

Out-Buildings (Right Column)

  • A table to list detached structures, including their ID number, type, description, dimensions, year built, condition, and associated photo ID.

Visit & Administrative Data (Bottom)

  • Miscellaneous: Limiting factors, percent complete of data entry, and research requirements.
  • Visitation: Date of visit, entrance code, info code, and lister ID.
