Overview

This is a Permit Renewal Application form for the City of Altoona Codes and Inspections Department. It is used by property owners or their agents to extend an existing construction permit.

Submission Requirements

  • The form must be signed by the owner or certified agent.
  • A "Date Signed" is required.
  • The form includes a section for department use only (Approval/Denial status).
