  • Belmont Ave. : East side, to Herald St.
  • Berlin St. : Both sides, between 10th St. and Juniata River.
  • Blair Ave. : West side, between 10th St. and 14th St.
  • Cameron Ave. : East side, south of 11th St. and from Tenth to Eleventh Street.
  • 11th St. : North side, between Lincoln Ave and Jefferson Ave. , and between Pennsylvania Ave and Washington Ave.
  • Hamlin Avenue: East side, from 18th Street to Oak Street.
  • Herald St. : Both sides, between Logan Ave. and Blair Ave.
  • Jefferson Ave. : East side, south of 11th St. to end.
  • Lanners St. : Both sides, between Logan Ave and Burley Ave.
  • Lincoln Ave. : Both sides (between 15th and 16th St. ) and East side (between 21st and western Borough line).
  • 9th St. : North side, between Washington Ave. and S. Logan Ave.
  • Oak St. : North side (between Adams Ave. and western Borough line) and South side (from Adams Ave. to Madison Ave. ).
  • Park Ave. : Both sides (ramp over Schell Run), East side (between 3rd and 7th St. ), and West side (between 7th and 9th St. ).
  • Pennsylvania Ave. : Both sides (from 16th St. north to Borough line) and West side (from 16th Street to Alley J).
  • Shippen St. : North side (from S. Lincoln Ave. to end) and South side (from Washington Ave. west to S. Lincoln Ave. ).
  • Fifth Street: North side, extending 45 feet east and west from the intersection with Short Street.
  • Sixth St. : North side (between Washington Ave. and S. Lincoln Ave. ) and Both sides (on the inside and outside radius of curves from S. Lincoln Avenue to the western terminus).
  • S. Lincoln Ave. : East side (between 9th and 10th St. ) and West side (between 9th St. and halfway to 10th St. ).
  • 10th St. : South side, between Washington Ave. and Logan Ave.
  • Washington Ave. : Both sides (between 3rd St. and 10th St. ). Note: Parking is permitted on Sundays on the easterly side between 9th St. south to where the avenue narrows.

Administrative Details

  • Severability: If any part of the ordinance is found unconstitutional or invalid, the rest of the document remains in effect.
  • Repealer: All previous ordinances inconsistent with this one are repealed.
  • Effective Date: The ordinance becomes effective at the earliest possible date provided by law.
  • Adoption Date: November 10, 2008.
