Borough of Martinsburg Police Recruitment Announcement
The Borough of Martinsburg is currently accepting applications for both full-time and part-time police officer positions.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a U. S. Citizen.
- Age: Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
- Certification: Must possess Act 120 Certification.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid PA operator's license prior to the employment date.
Application Process
- Where to Apply: Applications can be obtained in person at the Martinsburg Borough Office.
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
- Location: 110 S. Walnut Street, Martinsburg, PA 16662.
Submission Details
- Deadline: Completed applications and all necessary accompanying documents must be returned in person by Friday, February 17, 2023, at 3:30 p. m.
- Submission Method: Applications must be submitted directly to the Borough Manager.
- Testing Fee: There is a $25. 00 Civil Service Testing Fee required for the full-time position. This fee must be submitted with the application and made payable to the Borough of Martinsburg.
