Order Adopting Local Rule of Judicial Administration 510
The Blair County District Court has issued an order adopting Local Rule of Judicial Administration 510. The rule officially takes effect on January 6, 2018.
Directives to the Court Administrator
The Blair County District Court Administrator is ordered to perform the following actions:
- File with PA Courts: Submit one (1) copy of the rules via email to adminrules@pacourts. us.
- File with Legislative Reference Bureau: Submit two (2) paper copies and one (1) electronic copy in Microsoft Word format to bulletin@palrb. us for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
- Publish Online: Post the rules on the Blair County Court website at www. blairco. org.
- Public Inspection: File one (1) copy in the Office of the Prothonotary and the Blair County Law Library for continuous public inspection and copying.
Rule 510: Confidential Information Form
This rule mandates the use of a specific form for documents containing confidential information.
- Requirement: Pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Access Policy of the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania, anyone filing documents with confidential information must use and file the Confidential Information Form.
- Availability: The form is available in each filing office and on the Public Records page of the UJS website (http://www. pacourts. us/public-records-policies).
