Resolution Approving Fee Schedule Updates

Adopted by the Blair County Board of Commissioners on July 21, 2022

This resolution officially rescinds Resolution 53-2016 and amends Resolution 355-2015 to update the "Right to Know Law Fee Schedule. " The new fees are effective immediately.

The following table outlines the approved costs for various record requests:

• Standard Paper Records (8.5" x 11" or 8.5" x 14")
  • Black and White: $0. 25 per copy
  • Color: $0. 50 per copy
• Specialized Documents (Non-standard sizes)
  • Fee: Actual cost not to exceed $1. 00 per disc
• CD/DVD
  • Fee: Actual cost not to exceed $1. 00 per disc
• Flash Drive
  • Fee: Actual cost not to exceed $1. 00 per disc
• Rescanning
  • Fee: Up to actual cost (taking into account whether it is necessary to print pages in order to fax them)
• Other Media
  • Fee: Actual cost
• Postage
  • Fee: Actual cost of USPS first-class postage
• Certification
  • Fee: $5. 00 per record
