Project Overview and Location

The documents pertain to a natural diversity inventory search and environmental sample collection for a project located at 424-426 W First Street in Williamsburg, Blair County, PA.

Natural Diversity Inventory Search Results

A search was conducted by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources on May 6, 2021. The results indicate that there are no known impacts to threatened or endangered species within the project area.

  • Agencies Reviewed: PA Game Commission, PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, PA Fish and Boat Commission, and U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
  • Conclusion: No further review or coordination is required with these jurisdictional agencies regarding threatened and endangered species.

Environmental Sampling (Asbestos Inspection)

DK Environmental conducted an inspection and sample collection at the site. The Chain of Custody log is dated June 7, 2021.

  • 424-7-(1-2): Loose Insulation (Intact) – Typical Interior
