Electrical, Mechanical and/or Plumbing Permit Application
Overview

Inspection Requirements

Permit Fees
The second page details specific permit fees:
- Residential Permit Fee: $50. 00
- Commercial Permit Fee: $60. 00
- State Fee: $4. 50
- Re-Set Permit Fee: $50. 00
The form includes detailed tables to list quantities for specific equipment and fixtures (e. g. , water heaters, furnaces, switches, outlets) to calculate the total fees. A note at the bottom clarifies that these fees are in addition to any inspection and plan review fees charged by third-party agencies.
