Waste Dumpster / Waste Container Permit Application

This is an application form from The Borough of Hollidaysburg, PA for obtaining a permit to place a waste dumpster or container on private property.

An example diagram is provided in the form showing placement relative to “MAIN ST” and “SIDE ST,” with distances noted (e. g. , 75’ from intersection, 5’ from line).

Certification:

Applicant certifies that all information is true and agrees to comply with all Borough ordinances, rules, and special conditions imposed by the Borough Manager.
