Administrative Reports
- Meeting Minutes: Approval of minutes from the October 29th, 2025 meeting.
- DMA Minutes: Approval of minutes from the October 2nd, 2025 meeting.
- Visitors: A section is designated for public visitors.
- Admin Report: General administrative updates.
Financial Reports
- Review of the current Financial Report, Profit & Loss statement, and Budget.
- Opportunity for the Finance Committee to provide comments or ask questions.
Departmental Updates
- Mayor’s Report: Includes the October Police report.
- Manager’s Report: Covers Building & Grounds, Parks & Recreation, Personnel, and Streets and Equipment.
- Budget: Discussion of the 2026 Proposed Budget.

- Duncansville CommUNITY Events: Upcoming events include the "Neighbors in action Dinner" and Bingo.
- Water & Sewer: Approval of the Water and Sewer Report.
