Duncansville Borough Council Meeting Agenda (July 8, 2024)

Opening Procedures
- Call to Order & Pledge: The meeting will begin with a call to order and the Pledge of Allegiance.
- Roll Call: Attendance will be taken for Council members Jeffrey Lynn, Annette Lewis, Cindy Blontz, Nicole Estep, Dave Shaw, Mayor Fritz, and Chief Estep.
- Minutes: A motion is scheduled to approve the minutes from the previous meeting held on June 10, 2024.
Reports and Approvals
- Police Report: The Mayor will present the Police Report for June 2024 for approval.
- Manager’s Report: The Borough Manager will address four specific items:
- Appointment of Bryan Rhodes as Zoning Officer.
- Address change for the park located at 601 Park Drive.
- Closing of the alley west of the Community Center.
- Update on the Dively Project.
- Water & Sewer: The council will review and approve the water/sewer report for May 2024.

Community and Unfinished Business
- Community Days: Discussion regarding event insurance for the Duncansville Community Days.

- Pickleball Update
- YOBCO (Youngstown Ohio Business Council or similar entity)
- Update on Phase I of the Community Center project
Administrative Matters
- New Business: Standard new business items will be addressed.
- Financials: A motion to pay the monthly bills is on the agenda.
- Next Meeting: The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for July 31 or August 12, 2024.
