Committees

Building & Grounds The committee discussed several items related to Phase I of a building project:

• Authorize Mike to begin the DCED process for Phase I, with assistance to speed up the process.
• Approve Mike to draft and advertise an ordinance for borrowing money for the project.
• Approve which contractors to select for Phase I: Mid State, Leverknight, Season Aire Inc. , and Riley Inc.
• Approve contracts for the four contractors for Phase I.
• Authorize Annette to execute the contracts.
• Decide how to fund the project.
• Authorize application for funding to First Commonwealth Bank.

Other Committees The following committees were listed but had no specific agenda items detailed:

Unfinished Business

• Approve and authorize advertisement of RFP for engineer. This is a professional service, so it does not have to be advertised in the Mirror. However, the location for advertisement needs to be determined.
