Opening Procedures
- Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance
- Roll Call: Annette Lewis, Jeffrey Lynn, Cindy Blontz, Nicole Estep, Dave Shaw, and Eric Fritz.
Tab 1 & 2: Meeting Minutes
- Tab 1: Motion to approve the meeting minutes from the January 16th, 2025 meeting.
- Tab 2: Motion to approve the Water & Sewer minutes from the January 9th, 2025 meeting.
Tab 3: Visitors & Permits
- Visitor: David Fritz.
- Road Closure Permit: Approval requested for David Fritz to obtain a PennDOT road closure permit for 3rd Ave on April 12, 2025.
- Street Closure: Approval requested for David Fritz to proceed with closing a street/Ave on April 12, 2025 (specific street name to be filled in).

- Bingo Night: Next event is March 13th, continuing as the 2nd Thursday of every month.
- Boy Scout Troop 31: The troop will meet at the Duncansville Lutheran church building on Thursdays due to conflicts in the Municipal Complex.
- Financial Motion: A motion is needed to move funds ($2,091. 68) from account #7390 (Childrens Christmas) to account 5773 (Community Days).
