Election Overview
This document contains sample ballots for the Official Municipal Election in Blair County, Pennsylvania, scheduled for November 7, 2023. The ballots provided are specific to the following precincts:

Voting Instructions
Voters are instructed to use a medium point black or blue pen only. Ballots are counted by optical scanner, and other writing instruments may not be readable.
- Marking: Blacken the oval completely to the left of a candidate's name.
- Write-in: To vote for a person not listed, blacken the oval to the left of the blank line and write their name in the space provided.
- Absentee/Mail-in: If a mail-in ballot is returned timely, the voter cannot vote in person. If unable to return it, a provisional ballot may be cast only if the mail-in ballot is surrendered and a statement regarding unsworn falsification is signed.
- Mistakes: Ask a Judge for a new ballot if a mistake is made.
